The Jaguar C-X17 is a design study to introduce Jaguar's all new advanced aluminium monocoque architecture, codenamed iQ[Al], on which future fleet of exciting Jaguars will be built. The platform is strong, lightweight, extremely stiff and incorporates innovative efficiency technologies that emphasises Jaguar's commitment to sustainability, such as a new high-strength alloy made from almost 100 percent recycled raw material.

The new sedan will also be the first to be equipped with an all new four-cylinder diesel and petrol engines, allowing Jaguar to break the 100g CO2/km barrier.
The Jaguar C-X17 concept illustrates a four-seater sports crossover concept built on the aluminium intensive architecture.
The Jaguar C-X17 is believed to offer refined on-road dynamics and sedan like handling, thanks to its low height, optimised centre of gravity, and use of dynamic technologies such as Torque Vectoring by Braking.
Measuring 4,718mm in length and 1,649mm in height, its dimensions is ideal for a crossover while sharing strong resemblance with Jaguar's current range. The grille is an evolution from the Jaguar's XJ luxury sedan, while the sculptured haunch lines are reminiscent of the all new Jaguar F-Type sports car.

Like the Lamborghini Urus, the Jaguar C-X17, sports four individual seats. While furnished luxuriously, they are designed for a sculpted, lightweight appearance.
Accessories that support an active lifestyle, such as a torch and a camera, are positioned in leather holsters, in storage compartments located in the boot.
Bundled with the secure internal wi-fi network it enables the occupants to connect with others via social media.
