Kia Soul Hamstar Special Edition released

The Kia Soul Hamstar edition was first previewed as a concept at the 2011 SEMA Show, and Kia has now launched a road-going version, in conjunction with the popular Hamstar advertising campaign that Kia has been running for the Soul in the U.S. The Soul Hamstar is the sixth special edition model for the Soul that Kia is offering in America, and the car features unique exterior graphics, among other additions.

The Soul Hamstar edition is based on the Soul+ trim level, and is decked out in custom Hamstar artwork, including a black star graphic with the signature Hamstar script logo on the hood and the tailgate, plus matte black stripes on the sides. There are also body-coloured bumpers, fog lights, a rear spoiler, black 18-inch alloy wheels with silver edges, black fender vents with integrated turn signal indicator and a matte black fuel door available on the Soul Hamstar edition.

For the interior, Kia has given the Soul Hamstar edition bespoke Hamstar floor mats, black leather upholstery, heated front seats, automatic climate control, leather wrapped steering wheel and gearshift lever, and push button start with smart key.  There is also an Audio Upgrade Package that includes a central speaker, subwoofer, a 315-watt external amplifier and speaker lights.
