Lotus' fastest-ever Elise, the Race 250 is now on sale in the U.K.

Lotus has used all of its racing experience to make the sensational Elise Race 250 as fast around a circuit as possible, with numerous performance-orientated aids bolted on as standard. 

It features adjustable dampers, uprated brake pads, an FIA-approved carbon fibre race seat with six-point racing harness, a removable steering wheel, a polycarbonate rear windscreen and a full aero package. Plus, the car pairs a supercharged 240bhp 1.8-litre four-cylinder engine with a six-speed manual gearbox to give drivers the ultimate Elise experience.
