The brand represented by the Trident has showcased its latest 590bhp offering for the maritime world.
It's called the Tridente, and it's a luxury all-electric powerboat, built by Maserati in collaboration with marine technology company Vita Power. The latter is a firm founded with the aim of reducing our impact on the marine environment by developing an electric and integrated ecosystem of high-performance electric propulsion systems and fully electric boats for recreational and commercial applications, supported by a dedicated marine fast charging infrastructure.
Back to the boat. It measures a total of 10.5m long and is designed for cruising along lakes and coasts. A 252kWh battery gives the craft the ability to cruise at 25kn, or at a top speed of 40kn. Recharging the boat can be done in under one hour. It can also accommodate up to 10 persons (including driver) in a cockpit, which can be configured for dining or acceleration. Passengers can relax on a sundeck, and the craft also comes with bathing area equipped with a shower. A ladder is also offered for those who want to go swimming.
The dayboat is made of carbon fibre, finished to the highest creative standards by the craftsmen at Hodgdon Yachts, a U.S.A-based boatbuilder from Maine with a history of over 200 years of passion and excellence, and a specialist in superyacht tenders.
