Mazda is all set to present its brand new MX-5 in beautiful Paris

The brand new Mazda MX-5 which made its debut at Mazda Spice - Mazda's new European event hub - is all set for its European auto show debut in Paris next month. The fourth generation (MK IV) Mazda MX-5 is expected to give another boost to the Japanese automaker, which is currently riding a wave of success.

Mazda claims the MK IV MX-5 retains qualities attributed to the nameplate, including charm, reliability, affordability and more critically - lightweight fun of the original model launched 25 years ago.

Aesthetically, the latest edition of the best-selling two-seater roadster in history, is arguably the sportiest ever. The striking rendition of Mazda's KODO - Soul of Motion design theme is full of life, expressing the car's agility and the exciting experience that awaits behind the wheel. A SkyActiv-G petrol engine resides under the hood and drives the rear wheels, while the specially developed SkyActiv chassis ensures the most advanced driving experience.
