Mazda welcomes parallel imported cars at its service centres

Having witnessed the numerous recalls experienced by its competitors, Mazda Motor Singapore has taken a step to preserve its brand as a whole. That step involves bringing parallel imported cars in Singapore under its care as well. Giving the owners of stock parallel imported Mazdas in Singapore the option to have their cars serviced at Mazda’s Service Centres at either Alexandra or MacPherson.
Knowing that Mazda’s service centres are typically well-equipped with the latest Mazda Modular diagnostic systems, owners of PI Mazda cars can rest assured that their cars will be well looked after. The Mazda Service Centres receive the latest technical data direct from Japan bi-monthly. The distributor also sends their workshop managers on special technical training organized by Mazda Corporation, Japan for each new model launched to guarantee detailed understanding of each of the entire model range.
Most would think that having their car serviced at the distributor’s workshops will be more costly. However, Mazda assures that their maintenance packages are priced competitively to those offered at independent workshops. To provide owners with a better peace of mind, all repairs by Mazda Motor Singapore are warranted for 6 months or 6000 km*, not something you’d get at an independent workshop.
To book a service appointment, please visit www.mazda.com.sg or call 6395 8833 or 6603 6128. Or, take your Mazda down to any of our service centres at 315 Alexandra Road or 1 Kampong Ampat (Off MacPherson Road).
*Whichever comes first. Warranty covers the specific repair work completed by Mazda Motor (S) Pte Ltd.
