MINI eyes lineup expansion with sedan, sports car and crossover

MINI is reportedly mulling over their expansion plans to include a series of new models into their existing lineup.In an interview wiith Inside Line, board member Harald Kreuger said the automaker is considering a sedan, a crossover and a sports car. Kreuger was tight-lipped on the details but hinted that an entry-level model is also a possibility. He has however ruled out a production version for the Rocketman concept.
Kreuger also mentioned that the MINI sedan in particular could be popular in markets such as China. As he explained, "A lot of customers would like to stay with the brand when they need something bigger and a Volvo or a BMW will not do."
