Two years after the premiere of the successful Outlander Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) has chosen the 2014 Mondial de L'Automobile (2014 Paris Motor Show) to unveil another PHEV vehicle - the Outlander PHEV Concept-S.
The Outlander PHEV Concept-S is designed by Mitsubishi to be a special version of the Outlander PHEV production model. The Japanese claims the SUV has a refined interior and exterior design that will magnify the Outlander PHEV's unique driving experience.
The Outlander PHEV Concept-S takes 'Sporty and Sophisticated' as the theme for its design. This expresses the unique combination of spirited all-wheel drive performance from its twin-motor PHEV system, soothing and silent running, with superior on-road performance.
