Nissan's X-Trail lineup is getting a new 'N-Trek' variant in the U.K.
Aimed at daring and adventurous families, the newest member of the family slots itself between the N-Connecta and Tekna grades, and comes with a host of added design elements that enhance the car's no-nonsense robustness.
The X-Trail N-Trek is fitted with new protective lower bumpers at the front and rear finished in a gunmetal paint and topped off with integrated LED foglamps. It additionally gets 18-inch diamond-cut gloss black alloy wheels, which pair with its gloss black wing mirrors and dark roof trails and trim to give the SUV a stealthy and purposeful stance.
The interior of the car, meanwhile, is fitted with water-resistant wipe-clean upholstery, perfect for the adventurous personalities of its drivers. Thanks to the nature of the upholstery, customers are able to get into their N-Trek without worry, regardless of weather or planned activity,
This Nissan X-Trail N-Trek is also equipped with rubber floor mats and a reversible boot-liner, and comes compatible with the wide range of X-Trail accessories ranging from towbars to bike racks.
The exterior of the X-Trail N-Trek can be had in a host of pearlescent colours including Pearl White, Diamond Black and Ceramic Grey, or metallic colours including Gun Metallic and Champagne Silver. Customers can, however, specify their X-Trail N-Trek in a two-tone configuration that finishes the roof the car in black, if they opt for the Pearl White, Champagne Silver or Ceramic Grey exterior colours.
The model is exclusively available with the firm's e-POWER hybrid drivetrain which uses an efficient turbocharged three-cylinder 1.5-litre engine with variable compression ratio technology to generate electricity and charge the car’s battery. The firm's e-4ORCE all-wheel drive system is also available.
