The top of the range 7-Series therefore will be the 760i twin turbo V12, which when fitted with the M-Sport package, will be the highest performance 7-Series available.
Segler explained the decision as such, "We've looked at that and decided not to do it. The 760 with AWD is a very strong offer. The M sales would be too small for our total investment."
The 760 does make a compelling case, with its 6.0 litre V12 twin turbo producing 536bhp, mated to BMW's AWD system, capable of propelling the luxury sedan from 0-100km/h in just 4.6 seconds.
