Pagani has revealed the Huayra Epitome, the first Huayra equipped with a manual transmission.
Powering the one-off car is an AMG-built 6.0-litre V12 that delivers a total of 852bhp alongside a peak torque of 1,100Nm. This engine is paired to an Xtrac seven-speed transverse gearbox, which gets a triple-disc clutch for better torque transmission and is further paired with an electronically managed differential for greater engine responsiveness.
The Pagani Huayra Epitome gets new vents on its wheel arch, and a a unique sculptural wing at its rear
Interestingly, the Huayra Epitome also gets revised suspension geometry that has allowed a reduction of dive under acceleration, pitch in braking, and roll in corners, while a new active suspension system also features, complete with a 'super soft' button that sets the car for extra comfort when tackling rough roads.
Aft of this engine sits a six-way titanium exhaust system that leads into four exits at the back, with a further two framed within the car's rear diffuser. The Huayra Epitome also gets forged aluminium alloy monolithic wheels, which take inspiration from the Imola Coupe and wear Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tyres.
Fans will also note that the car comes with redesigned front and rear bumpers, a front and rear hood, light clusters, and also gets a new wheel arch air extraction system.
The front end of the car also features a new integrated splitter, designed at the customer's request to increase downforce and balance the car in all driving conditions and accelerating airflow to the inner radiator ducts. The car also comes with a wider mouth, to allow more airflow to the new inner ducts, optimising aerodynamics and improving the efficiency of the front radiators.
And of course, that rear wing is also new, developing from the side muscles of the hood and balancing the aerodynamic downforce produced by the car.
