Pioneer Electronics has released seven new CD receiver models in Singapore with significant improvements in connectivity in addition to seamless control functions for minimal distractions and a safer drive.

The key features include Bluetooth wireless connectivity, better media control, improved visibility and support for lossless audio playback.
The receivers' built-in Bluetooth wireless capability can now support up to two smartphones. The phones' settings are stored in the receiver, and will be automatically connected to the receivers once it is detected in the car.
Running Bluetooth version 1.6, drivers can now experience greater speech clarity and converse with minimal distractions behind the wheel.
The Bluetooth connectivity aids drivers to view their music library via the head unit display - without the need to access a phone. In addition, a new preset wired remote can be easily enabled by selecting the make of the car on the receiver. With this, the driver can access music or control the volume utilising the car's steering wheel controller - an added convinience.
Pioneer's funky MIXTRAX virtual DJ technology is also present - to transform your music library into a non-stop playlist that delivers a unique DJ-infused listening experience. The virtual DJ adds transitions and effects to music sourced from an iPhone, iPod or USB storage device.

All new receivers offer a Vertical Alignment (VA) LCD with 60 percent higher contrast and a wider viewing angle. Pioneer claims, this provides better visibility even under the glare of direct sunlight.
Drivers can also automatically turn the dimmer on and off with the car's headlight through the illumination line and even use the illumination timer to activate it or turn it off at a specified time.
The receivers also offer users a new ten step brightness control to accommodate variations in lighting.
The new range of receivers are also fitted with Advanced Sound Retriever (ASR) technology, and can restore musical detail which are usually lost in compressed music files (like MP3). The 'upscaling' feature aims to recreate the original warmth and clarity of the music as the artist intended it to be. Moreover, the Pioneer DEH-X7750UI offers support to playback high quality Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC) audio files - the widely used lossless audio file format by audiophiles.
Starting at $199 and climbing all the way to $429 for the FH-X775BT (banner) the new range of Pioneer Receivers are now available at authorised dealers. For more information, please visit this link and to gain more updates on these products, please visit the Pioneer Car Entertainment Facebook page.
