Polestar 3 completes hot weather testing in the U.A.E

Polestar has announced that development of the all-electric SUV is now nearing completion, after two weeks of extreme hot weather testing in the U.A.E. The fleet of prototypes are said to have been tested in the country, taking on the urban metropolises and deserts surrounding Dubai and Abu Dhabi since August 2023, where they met temperatures as high as 50 degrees Celsius.

Polestar states that this is but one of the several extreme weather testing the its cars undergo during development.

Production of the Polestar 3 is set to begin in the first quarter of 2024, and the firm states that it will also soon being production of the Polestar 4, adding a third model to its growing lineup.
