Porsche Singapore is flexing its might in the digital arena with a couple of enhancements to its pre-existing online services.
For a while now, the brand has operated its dedicated vehicle platform, Porsche Finder, which allows customers to browse through a wide range of brand new and Porsche Approved Pre-Owned Porsches. Now, a new reservation function on the platform will give customers the option of 'soft-booking' their ideal car, for a fee of $1,500.
Customers may visit the Porsche NOW pop-up at Guoco Tower for further consultations after 'soft-booking' their ideal car online The new function builds on the comprehensive suite of information already provided to customers on Porsche Finder, including exterior and interior colours, equipment options, and of course, pricing. After reserving their car, customers may then head on to the Porsche NOW pop-up at Guoco Tower for consultations with Porsche Pros stationed there.
In addition, Porsche Singapore has given its e-commerce platform, PorscheShop.SG, a contemporary overhaul boasting a new interface and what it has called "a responsive design", which is even optimised for mobile browsing.
PorscheShop.SG currently offers a wide range of Porsche Life Style, Porsche Design and Porsche Originals products. Highlights include a Stylebook section with season-specific curated looks, and a Stories module, via which visitors can have a look at the latest happenings from international Porsche communities.
Free shipping is provided for orders above $100, while the increasingly popular 'self pick-up' option is also available via the Porsche NOW pop-up.
Interestingly, even more online services appear to be on the horizon. Porsche Singapore has teased that PorscheShop.SG has been built for "possible integration with other peripheral Porsche online systems in the future".
