Porsche's new retail shops are the showrooms of the future

Being in the same place as customers and fans - this is the driving force behind Porsche's new city centre retail formats, which range from permanent Porsche Studios to Porsche NOW pop-up stores.
Despite incorporating different design themes, the central idea behind all Porsche retail outlets is 'Destination Porsche', which is currently being rolled out in Porsche Centres worldwide and serves as an umbrella for the sportscar manufacturer’s stationary retail formats.
These locations are transforming into brand experience spaces, with rooms for communication and inspiration emerging. Thanks to digital applications, the brand can also be experienced interactively, blurring the boundaries between physical space and the digital world.
At the beginning of July 2021, Porsche Studio Oslo opened its doors - the second such site in Norway. The 125sqm showroom faces the beautiful Oslofjord and Aker Brygge Marina, and showcases a Taycan Cross Turismo.
The Studio also has a configuration lounge, where cars can be specified and ordered with the help of a Porsche specialist. It will function as a delivery and collection point for cars booked into the Porsche Centre Oslo workshop, and has been designed to be able to host smaller events, launches, and exhibitions.
Another example is the Porsche NOW sales pop-up store on Jeju Island, South Korea. In Jeju, the focus is on sustainability, and its eco-friendly concept reflects this. Models such as the all-electric Porsche will be exhibited alongside collaborations with various artists, providing a wide range of experiences to Porsche customers and enthusiasts.
