Motor Image Enterprises, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in Singapore has announced that its Subaru service centres at Leng Kee and Toa Payoh will resume full operations on 2 June 2020.
In line with Subaru's focus on safety, the company is implementing stringent protocols at its service centres for the well-being and peace of mind of customers when they visit. MIE has already begun priority rescheduling of service appointments for customers whose appointments had to be postponed due to the circuit breaker. Customers who wish to schedule a new service appointment may now do so online here.
All vehicles will be thoroughly sanitised after servicing. This includes all touch points, like centre armrests, door handles, gear knobs, ignition buttons and steering wheels. In addition, technical staff are required to clean and sanitise all shared equipment after use, as well as put on a clean set of gloves whenever they work on a new vehicle. Customers may be required to queue whilst waiting to be served, to prevent overcrowding around the service counters, and are encouraged to come alone, use the key-drop service and return to pick up their vehicles only after the job is completed, and to opt for contactless payment methods.
