The Straits Times reported that at least five cars were damaged after a tree, allegedly 25 metres in height, fell at a car park at Henderson Road in Bukit Merah. The accident resulted in damaged windscreens and dented roofs - and thankfully no casualties.
While police investigations are ongoing, the local paper reported that good weather is highly unlikely to be a reason for why the tree toppled over the cars on Tuesday afternoon.
