Power is provided by a naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10 sending 580bhp to the rear wheels. Weight distribution has been reworked for a 40/60 front/rear bias, and 33kg has also been shed from the all-wheel drive Huracan Coupe, resulting in a dry weight of just 1,389kg.
An entirely new power management set up, encompassing modified suspension, a new steering set up and recalibrated stability and traction controls allows the driver to be as connected to the road as possible. The selectable Lamborghini driving modes are also tuned to provide oversteering characteristic, emphasising authentic rear-wheel drive behaviour and allowing the driver to perform power oversteer drifts.
The Huracan LP 580-2 also possesses a distinct styling from its all-wheel drive stable mate, with the front and rear redesign for a young, fresh and more assertive look, highlighting its aeronautic styling. Large, newly formed front air intakes help to direct air and headwind to increase down pressure on the front axle. The spoiler lip at the rear works together with the rising diffuser in the underbody to improve airflow at the rear of the car. Pirelli PZero tyres have also been developed exclusively for the rear-wheel drive model.
The car is also available in the rull range of Huracan external and internal colours and trim. In addition, through Lamborghini's Ad Personam personalisation programme, the options for external and internal colours and details are limitless.
Engineered for maximum enjoyment and driving emotion, every aspect of the Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2 has been designed for driving fun, allowing drivers to intepret feedback from the car and connect with the road or track.
