BMW Asia, Performance Motors Limited, and Performance Munich Autos have announced the availability of the new BMW X3 and BMW X4.
For the second phase of the model cycle, BMW has refreshed its successful Sports Activity Vehicle BMW and the Sports Activity Coupe with a new look and improved equipment.
For the X3, there's a new kidney grille up front, alongside flatter head lights and a new front apron. And at the rear, the LED taillights now get a black border and a narrower light graphic, which now takes the shape of a three-dimensional pincer.
Lower down, the new, flush-fitting free-form tailpipe trims are now larger and sportier to give the car a more powerful presence.
Those that opt for the BMW X3 M40i can also look forward to a BMW M kidney with a chrome surround and black vertical bars, alongside those 'Two Teeth' design tailpipe trims in black chrome.
And should you go for the plug-in hybrid BMW X3 xDrive30e, there's now a new 'electrified by i' emblem on the front wing, and all BMW logos on this car now sport a blue ring around its logos, including those on the wheel hub covers.
Over to the BMW X4, the car also has its front updated, but is equipped here with a mesh kidney familiar from other sporty BMW models.
Flat full LED rear lights at the rear of the BMW X4 help emphasise the vehicle's width, and pair with redesigned rear apron that has a tidier appearance, with an increased proportion of painted surface and reflectors now placed vertically and lower in the bumper. Wide free-form tailpipe trims here echo the horizontal lines of the upper section.
In the cabin, both cars now sport a touch-sensitive free-standing 12.3-inch central Control Display as standard for all vehicles. Features including Leather Vernasca sports seats, as well as automatic climate control with three-zone control have also been added to the list of standard equipment here.
There's also a newly designed control island on the centre console for the BMW X3 and X4, with the gear selector lever, buttons for the start/stop system, the electric parking brake, hill descent control and various driving experience functions as well as the BMW Controller all situated here.
The new BMW X3 and BMW X4 is coming to Singapore with 48V mild-hybrid technology on all four and six-cylinder engines, ensuring even better driving performance with lower fuel consumption and increased driving comfort.
BMW's Driving Assistant Professional is now available on both models as an option. Drivers can keep track of the suite's various activated functions all via the instrument cluster.
