Porsche has unveiled the brand new third generation Cayenne in Singapore today, with the exclusive premiere held at Infinite Studios Singapore.

The new Porsche Cayenne offers improved performance and practicality. At the core of the all new braking system is the Porsche Surface Coated Brake - discs with a hard tungsten carbide coating that work together with specially developed brake pads to deliver stable braking, improved responsiveness and 30 percent longer service life.
The Cayenne Turbo is also the first Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) in its segment to feature an adaptive roof spoiler. It is capable of deploying a new air brake technology, offering a driving experience that is sportier and safer.
For the first time, the Cayenne also features rear-axle steering. At low speeds, the axles steer in opposite directions, while at high speeds, the axles steer in the same direction. This improves the overall agility and handling precision of the car.
In Singapore, three engine variants will be available. The base Cayenne is powered by a 335bhp V6 turbo engine, the Cayenne S packs a 435bhp V6 twin-turbo engine, and the range-topping Cayenne Turbo is powered by a 542bhp V8 twin-turbo engine.
The Cayenne has also undergone visual improvements. New LED head lights include four-point daytime lights and feature 3D light modules.
Additionally, large central intakes help to cool the engine, while large side intakes help to cool the brakes. The rear has also been significantly reworked, boasting a distinctive light strip with a 3D Porsche logo, as well as rear LED technology 3D light design and four-point brake lights.
Inside, the Porsche Advanced Cockpit is centred around a 12-inch full HD touchscreen and a centre console with Direct Touch Control. The overall practicality of the SUV has also been improved, with a new Comfort Access feature for the luggage compartment. The 770-litre boot can be opened with a small foot movement below the rear bumper.
The new Porsche Cayenne is available for reservation in Singapore now.
