Volkswagen Group Singapore has relaunched its Volkswagen Life and Skoda Smart apps, designed to deliver an enhanced ownership experience for Volkswagen and Skoda owners here in Singapore. The two apps have undergone a significant transformation, and now utilise a fresh modern design complete with new features.
To start, vehicle management will now be easier for all vehicle owners with the app. Both primary and secondary owners can now easily schedule services, utilise service credits, and redeem vouchers through a single shared account, all managed on behalf of the primary owner.

Those who register their vehicle model in the apps will also unlock access to service credits and appointment bookings from anywhere and will receive automated reminders for any essential service appointments, inspections, or insurance renewals.
Those using the app will also be able to receive personalised offers, vouchers, and aftersales packages through the app, which can be redeemed via a quick scan. The apps will also deliver automated reminders to keep users updated on the latest model-specific promotions.
Finally, users of the app will be able to expedite their check-in process at Volkswagen or Skoda Singapore by using a QR code upon arrival, bypassing registration lines for a hassle-free experience.

The new Volkswagen Life app is available to download from here or here on the Apple App store and Google Play store respectively, while the Skoda Smart app is available here or here respectively for Apple or Android smartphone users. All new app users will receive an exclusive voucher granting them a 10% discount on aftersales accessories or services.
But that's not all that the firm is offering as 2023 comes to a close. Those headed down to 247 Alexandra Road or 26 Leng Kee Road will also be able to benefit from a host of year-end promotions.
These include a Miracle Makeover programme that includes a full car respray (available in the same or a different colour), as well as minor bodywork repairs that meet factory standards. The programme also includes a five-year paint warranty, and starts at just $2,800 from 1 December 2023 to 31 March 2024.
