Volkswagen Tayron launches in dealerships across Europe

Volkswagen’s all-new Tayron is hitting the showrooms in Europe, with customers who pre-ordered also receiving the SUV.
In commemoration, many dealerships have held a special "Tayron Family Days" event, where visitors got the chance to test-drive the new model and experience its features such as the high-quality interior, large luggage space, and high tractive load.
The Tayron's launch is also supported by an international 360-degree marketing campaign, which decided to focus on dogs instead of people (good choice). This is meant to show that the new SUV, with its large luggage space and optional third row of seats, is ideal not just for families, but also for dog owners and adventurers with hobbies requiring a lot of space.
Animals are also featured in the Tayron's launch material on Volkswagen's social media channels, with one video clip showing a group of dogs being driven through the halls of the brand's Wolfsburg plant - where the SUV was designed, developed, and is now being manufactured at - in the visitor train.
Volkswagen states that this "fun, likeable campaign approach" drives home that the customer, be it human or animal, is always front and centre.
