Jaguar took the F-TYPE, gave it a dose of practicality, and out came the F-PACE. Its sleek lines, aggressive front end and sloping coupe-like roofline are simply a sight to behold. Jaguar has embraced its sporty purity through the F-PACE's squat dimensions and mean demeanour, in a segment often filled with bland and practical designs.

A premium and spacious cabin allow for ample passenger legroom and the panoramic glass roof adds a sense of airy spaciousness to the F-PACE. It also boasts the practicality of a family Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV), with a 650-litre boot that can be expanded to 1,740 litres with the rear seats folded flat.

Premium quality is evident inside the F-PACE, with high-quality materials lathered throughout the well-built and comfortable interior. Rear seats in the F-PACE have the ability to be electrically reclined for maximum comfort. Also, its gesture tailgate has a relocated sensor, which has been moved to both corners of the rear bumper. This means you don't have to dodge the boot lid every time you close it.

The sporty character synonymous with the Jaguar name holds true with the F-PACE as well, with its sweet supercharged V6 engine, dynamic handling and sonorous exhaust note. The British SUV's supercharged 3.0-litre V6, with a power output of 335bhp and 450Nm of torque, chews up Singapore's tarmac with ease despite its 1,802kg weight.

Corners are where the British marque's engineering really shine. The F-PACE's suspension plants the car firmly to the ground with negligible body roll and soaks up bumps in the road well despite its firm ride quality.

Performance aside, the F-PACE is perfectly capable of being tame. It's not exactly the quietest car, with the whine of its supercharger and steady exhaust growl in the background, but it is able to haul the family comfortably along for a trip to the mall.
