We recently started shopping for an EV and shortlisted the Leapmotor C10, with Valerie from Cycle & Carriage as our Sales Executive. From our very first meeting, Valerie made the experience a pleasant one. We went for an initial test drive but didn't make a decision straight away. We then met her again at a recent car show, and despite us not having committed to a purchase, she remained warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, without being pushy. The third time we met was for a second test drive at the showroom. Valerie was, once again, patient and professional.
