Lamborghini looks set to beat the record sales success it achieved in 2021 as it has reported that its first quarter of 2022 was its best ever to date, with a total of 2,539 vehicles delivered globally.
The figure was up by 5% on the same period in 2021 and 31% compared to the figures of 2020. The result comes on the back of 2021's record-breaking figures in terms turnover and profitability.
Lamborghini states that sales of the Urus Super SUV accounted for roughly half of the 2,539 vehicles delivered, with the other half opting for the Huracan and Aventador sports cars even though the V12 model is reaching the end of its production cycle. The V10 model meanwhile has continued its vibrant appeal this year, further enhanced by its latest version: The Huracan Tecnica.
