Renault Trucks has donated a Master E-Tech 14-seater electric minibus to U.K. football team Forest Green Rovers.
The firm has partnered with the football club to support its commitment to carbon neutrality and sustainable travel. Liveried in the EFL League Two leader's striking colours of lime green and black, inspired by club mascot 'Neville the Devil', the new Master E-Tech minibus replaces an older diesel model, taking an estimated 6.4 tonnes of CO2 off the road each year.
The cleaner, quieter electric minibus will be used primarily to transfer the Forest Green Rovers' Academy and Ladies teams between training grounds, as well as supporting local marketing events around Gloucestershire and transporting club sponsors and VIPs on match days.
