I was sourcing for a reputable workshop to diagnose my aircon's prob. I went several ws to ask n check, and found that Mr yap from 1st auto, quoted a very gd price comparing to the rest which also include original denso parts. Total repair took 3hrs which is very fast ! Great job and service!

I send my Toyota Altis for aircon problem on 04-Nov-2011. The job is super fast n good with ressonable price too(others quote double price of 1stAuto).I am very impress is the technicain complete the repair job with full dashboard, cooling coil remove n wash, than change a new coil (Denso original) and reinstall back every items topup gas and cleanup in less than 2 hrs (others quote me 1 day job I can't wait.luckly! ). Highly recommended workshop. Must try.

Excellent technician that understands your problem with the car before plunging into repairing it. Explained clearly the steps he is going to do and any possible remedies that can be rendered if the problem persists. Definitely recommended with regards to their professionalism. However, the waiting area does not have any magazines or television so it would be wise to bring along your own material to pass time.

Recently did my car servicing over there with ,service throttle body& performance tuning. Totally different. highly recommended. Friendly and d most important honesty. Thanks my bro again Mr yap. :-)

Did my 100k svc there,no hard selling of their packages,just give me what i wanted and requested.Workers very careful not to dirty car during svc,also changed my v belt and almost wanted to change my front n rear brake pads but mechanic honest to point out that pads still can last a while more.1 stop svc centre with "bao ga liao" services cos after my svc i left my car there for my front bumper and rear spoiler respray paint job.Reasonable pricing with good workmanship.

First vist was when my air-con was not working. First vendor i went to used a bunsen burner to check, ancient technology. After checking, told me my cooling coil is leaking freon, quoted me 600 bucks for it! Second merchant i went to told me the leak was too minor to be detected, offered me to top up freon instead. Finally i found Mr Yap from 1st Auto. Using his machines, it showed that the gas was over the recommended amount. He extracted all the gas and re filled it with new gas. Right away, air-con was working like brand new, nothing was spoilt at all in the first plc. Only charged me for top up of freon! He displayed great experience and honesty. Second visit was when my alternator died. I called for tow truck to my insurer's recommended workshop. They wanted to change the alternator, 900 bucks! I remember Mr Yap and i asked him to bring over and take a look, he replaced faulty parts within the alternator and it was working like new again at a fraction of the cost! I paid the insurers workshop for towing charges and gave them a good telling off! Seriously recommend to anyone who does not have a trusted mechanic. This guy is truly experienced as displayed when he dealt with my air-con. Honesty in not overcharging customers and repaqiring only what is needed is shown throughout both vists.
