I have brought my car into their workshop for both regular servicing and repair for dents on the rear of my car. Their customer service is very good with prompt response to calls and text messages. Their skills are also excellent. They fixed the dents on the rear of my car perfectly, I now cannot even tell where the dents were. My number plate was repaired beautifully as well. I have experienced very quick repairs at reasonable prices all with extremely friendly service at Brocade Auto Repair. I especially value the vehicle inspection report. It is very helpful to see what the technician spots on their inspection- so I can make an informed decision as to what repairs need to be completed. I have only lived around Bukit Batok for a few months and when I needed a good reliable repair shop I didn't have any places in mind. After reading reviews on shops in the area I decided to give this place a shot and it was evident that this was the best choice. They are super nice, very professional and offer great quality. They are busy so if you know anything about customer service that should tell you they do great work. Call and make an appointment, you'll be glad you did.!!
