Many of us have been in situations when the car fails to start. Worst of all, it can happen when we're in a rush to an important meeting. And in most cases, a weak or flat battery is the culprit.

In colder mornings, car batteries are also weaker due to lower temperatures. As such, they may not provide sufficient power to start up the engine.
Giving your car the start-up power when you need it
Designed to provide better performance, Midac Sigillum has more plates within its structure compared to other car batteries in the market.
This means it can provide stronger start-ups, even in more extreme conditions such as temperatures as low as -18-degree Celsius. Standing proof to this, Sigillum batteries boast a Cold Cranking Ampere (CCA) rating that is 30 percent higher than conventional car batteries.

Midac Sigillum - Superior design for better performance and durability

The double lid design also allows Sigillum batteries to pass the Roll Over Test in strenuous conditions specified by German automaker Volkswagen. To pass the test, the battery, under load, must not leak any electrolyte after being tilted to each of its sides, followed by a complete overturn for two minutes.
This test is also part of the safety requirement posed by the majority of carmakers to minimise the danger of a battery leak in the event of an overturn accident.
A flame arrestor device is also integrated into the cover of the battery, increasing the safety of the product by monitoring for gas leakage and protecting the battery against external ignitions.
Midac Sigillum batteries are made in Italy, with manufacturing processes that strictly adhere to design and quality control standards that allow it to achieve the ISO/TS 16949 certification. As this recognition is required by many car manufacturers, Sigillum batteries are therefore considered OEM grade and quality.
