TomTom, one of the largest manufacturers of in-car navigation systems, has launched its latest TomTom GO Series in Singapore. The new lineup features a new, upgraded user interface with lifetime TomTom Traffic and map updates.
Highly regarded as the crown jewel of the firm, the new TomTom Traffic feature provides best-in-class traffic information and pre-warns users of the traffic condition, and allows them to find the shortest and quickest alternative route. Users can also store locations of road blocks, speed cameras and waypoints for future reference.
Another feature of the GO Series lies in the search process. On top of predictive search, users can search addresses via six-digit postal codes, as well as find locations of popular amenities such as car parks and petrol stations from the database.
