Abarth and Breil unveil new 500e-inspired watch

Abarth and Breil have unveiled a new automatic timepiece: The Breil Abarth 500e Watch.

The new timepiece will be limited to just 999 examples and has been made as a tribute to Abarth's first electric model, the Abarth 500e.

The timepiece is said to highlight the sportsmanship and design of the Abarth 500e, mirroring its most iconic features such as its alloy wheels via its the skeletonised and titan-finished dial, which offer a glimpse of the calibre inside the watch: A Seiko NH70 automatic. The watch also comes with Acid green details, while the cut of the car’s head lights is recognisable via the watch's titan steel case, also said to mirror the confident stance of the car.

The Breil Watch Abarth 500e is also said to be able to mirror the Abarth's unmistakable roar, which can be heard once a QR code on the buckle is scanned. The same sound is provided by the Sound generator of the car, allowing it to stand out from the vehicles of its segment.
