Kia is in the midst of some busy planning and developments with the Forte and Carens set to come, now it has announced to introduce a redesigned Soul in 2013 to further add to that tally. The company executives have declined to comment at the moment , but the Soul originally debuted at the 2008 Paris Motor Show. With only a modest facelift in 2011, the replacement may have come in timely fashion.
