Aston Martin marks anniversary with 110-car celebratory lap

Aston Martin has marked its 110^th anniversary by taking a total of 110 cars on a celebratory lap of the Silverstone circuit ahead of the 2023 British Grand Prix.

The lineup of 110 cars is a new record for the most Aston Martins on track at one time, and comprised of vehicles including the A3 - Aston Martin's oldest surviving car. Also among the fleet was the DB3S, driven by many of the greatest British drivers of the 1950s including Sir Stirling Moss.

Participating in the celebratory lap were cars including the Aston Martin Vantage FIA Safety Car, the DB5, as well as the Aston Martin Valkyrie

The fleet also included the DB5, now synonymous with James Bond, while the Aston Martin Valkyrie, DBX707, and the DB12 were also present at the celebrations.

Keeping a close eye on proceedings were the official Aston Martin Vantage FIA Safety Car and DBX707 Medical Car, demonstrating the ever-increasing road and track relevance of Aston Martin's high-performance products.

The Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Team also officially opened its 37,000m² AMR Technology Campus at Silverstone to coincide with the celebrations, hosting the 110 cars and the various enthusiasts gathered to explore the unique collection of Aston Martins ahead of the celebratory lap.
