Audi Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron launched in Singapore

Those looking for a new all-electric Audi here in Singapore won't have to travel all the way down to Alexandra. At least, they won't until 7 July 2024.
And they will have two new cars to choose from as well. The firm has launched the Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron here, which follow after the e-tron GT and the Q8 e-tron in its all-electric lineup.
The 'edition 1' variants of the Audi Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron feature sports seats as well as a Sonos premium sound system in their cabins
The two new cars are now being featured at a new Audi Singapore pop-up boutique at ION Orchard, and those visiting will be able to register for test drives on-site. Unlike the performance-oriented e-tron GT and the sizeable Q8 e-tron, the two variants of the Q4 e-tron are designed for more everyday use.
Measuring a total of 4,588mm long and with a wheelbase of 2,764mm alongside a total width of 1,865mm, both cars come with exterior dimensions that make them just a touch bigger than the BMW iX1, which should make them easier to drive through tight spaces still. The cars are also said to offer as much room between the front passenger's feet and the rear passenger's hip point as the Audi Q7, a much larger car overall.
They both also offer plenty of space even for your family's items. A total of 25 litres of storage within the cabin is offered by the Audi Q4 e-tron lineup, and you'll note that the door cards of the cars also feature a dedicated, elevated storage space that puts water bottles easily within reach.
At the rear, there's plenty of space for cargo as well, with a total of 520 litres available in the Q4 e-tron, while a total of 535 litres sit under the powered trunk lid in the Q4 Sportback e-tron.
Both cars also offer plenty of range, courtesy of an 82kWh battery (gross capacity), which allows the Q4 e-tron to post a WLTP range of 466km, while its Sportback version posts a a slightly higher range of 482km. Charging this battery can be done at a maximum power of 135kW via a direct current source. With the sole '45 e-tron' powertrain variant on sale here, this battery animates a 281bhp electric motor driving the rear wheels, allowing both cars to complete the century sprint in 6.7 seconds.
There's no need to fret about remaining range, however, as both cars will keep you updated on remaining charge alongside any driving information you may need, thanks to their twin 10.25-inch infotainment displays and digital instrument cluster.
Both the Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron are being sold here in the 'advanced' and more premium 'edition 1' trim levels, with the latter getting 21-inch wheels, Matrix LED head lights (which offer four individually selectable signatures), and the Sonos premium sound system, amongst others.
The Audi Singapore pop-up boutique will open to the public from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on 19 June, and from 10:00am to 10:00pm from 20 June to 7 July 2024. A host of lifestyle events will be hosted at the site in collaboration with brands including Sonos, Bolia, Leica, Sincere Fine Watches and Kwanpen.
Base prices for the Audi Q4 e-tron advanced and Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron advanced start at $254,999 and S$259,999 respectively, while the 'edition 1' models will cost an additional $20,000.
Those who test drive or purchase an Audi Q4 e-tron on-site will also be able to net guaranteed prizes from a spin-and-win wheel. Test drive appointments can also be made in advance via Audi Singapore's website here.
