Audi Sport Driving Experience sets emotions racing

As part of its inaugural Audi Sport Driving Experience, the German automobile manufacturer has created the world's first 'Emotion Dashboard', which measures a driver's excitement level when they get behind the wheel of the new Audi R8. This sophisticated technology measures your heart rate and skin moisture levels, showing how the body reacts to an adrenaline-pumping drive.

The Audi Sport Driving Experience is held from the 13^th to 22^nd of May 2016 and participants of the world-renowned driving event engage in a series of driving exercises that sets hearts racing.

While there, participants get the chance to conquer an 'urban off-road' course using Audi's Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) - the Audi Q3, the Audi Q7 and the Audi SQ5. As part of this course, these vehicles will be driven on a ramp at an angle of more than fifty-degrees and over a 'see-saw' obstacle specially flown in from Japan for the event.

For a racier experience, participants will also push the new Audi A4 2.0 TFSI S-tronic Design through a slalom course to test the quattro, or four-wheel drive system, or be driven by Audi's professional drivers in the new R8 on a high-speed makeshift circuit. Ever wondered how quickly and stably the new RS3 Sportback accelerates, brakes and dodges a stationary object? You get to try that there too.

This event also marks the launch of Audi Sport, which represents Audi Singapore's iconic performance-focused S, RS and R models under one name. To tailor to customer needs effectively, Audi Sport is supported by other initiatives such as a specialised team to ensure optimum performance and maintenance, as well as an Audi Sport reception at the Audi Service Centre.

By the end of the ten-day event, Audi Singapore would have put more than 1,200 participants behind the wheel of the amazing and much-anticipated Audi R8.
