Audi TT-RS gets a boost from MTM

The standard TT-RS already boast impressive figures, with a power output of 340bhp and 450Nm of torque, and the ability to sprint from 0-100km/h in 4.6 seconds. But German tuners MTM has given the TT-RS a makeover to further improve the coupe’s performance.
Starting with the standard 2.5-litre 5-cylinder turbo engine, MTM adjusted the engine control unit and fitted a new exhaust system with new middle- and end- pipes with throttle valves. This allows the TT-RS to rev higher and access its torque across a wider range.
MTM offers three stages of power upgrades for the TT-RS. Stage 1 gives the car 404bhp and 550Nm while Stage 2 has 408bhp and 550Nm of torque. The most powerful stage offers up to 424bhp and 560Nm, and propels the car from 0-100km/h in 4.2 seconds, reaching a top speed of 297km/h. MTM has also thrown in unique sport wheels with the original BIMOTO design in either 19 or 20-inch sizes.
