Bentley announces Beyond100+ plan and first ever Bentley BEV

As promised, Bentley has announced an extension of its Beyond100 business strategy, heralded as the Beyond100+, from 2030 to 2035. The brand has also confirmed its first fully electric car - said to be the world's first true Luxury Urban SUV - which is set to be revealed in 2026.

The model will be the first of a promised new lineup of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) or battery-electric vehicle (BEV) models to be launched every year over the next decade, in line with Bentley's ambition to be building only fully electric cars from 2035.

The new site will feature a state-of-the-art Design Centre, Paint Shop, and BEV assembly line

In addition, the brand intends to extend the lifecycle of its PHEV models beyond 2030, to 2035. Following the discontinuation of its iconic W12 engine, the Continental GT coupe, Convertible, and Flying Spur models are now available with an Ultra Performance plug-in V8 hybrid powertrain.

Beyond100+ also includes a fundamental reinvention of its Crewe manufacturing infrastructure, creating a carbon neutral facility, with a focus on a 'Dream Factory' for an electric future.
