Carlsson reveals new CK20 based on the Mercedes-Benz E500 Coupe

The Carlsson CK50, as the new car is named, has an increased power output of 435bhp and 600Nm of torque. New stainless steel sport exhaust silencer, with dual oval pipes, contribute 11 of those horsepower while also providing a more robust exhaust noise.

With an overall increase of 47bhp from the standard E500 Coupe’s 388bhp, the car needs help in reining the power in. And Carlsson has taken care of that with a new coilover suspension with damping and height adjusting that can lower the car up to 30mm. There are also new REVO 20-inch light alloy wheels which come in a dual-tone finish.

Cosmetic additions are limited, with only a front and rear spoiler being added, although there is also an optional RS front lip. Inside though, Carlsson has made its presence known by offering new gearshift and steering wheel covers in a leather/ultra-suede combo, aluminium covers for the pedals and illuminated floor mats with the Carlsson badge.
