Chrysler launches the all new 300

The new 300 replaces the 300C model in Chrysler's line-up, and while the basic shape remains unchanged, the new 300 features new styling details such as a new grille, LED headlights, a rakish windscreen, and sculpted bodywork.

Inside, the new 300 features improved materials for the interior, as well as other details such as blue ambient lighting and real wood trim, but otherwise the cabin is similarly untouched. New options include heated/cooled Nappa leather seats, a two-piece sunroof, and Uconnect Touch with an 8.4-inch screen.

Two engines will be available for the new Chrysler 300. The first is a 3.6-litre V6 which produces 292bhp and 353Nm of torque. The top-of-the-range 300 will once again feature a 5.7-litre Hemi V8 engine that churns out 370bhp and 536Nm of torque. Both cars will have a five-speed automatic transmission as standard, and will be rear-wheel-drive, while all-wheel-drive will be available as an option.
