COE premiums fall across all categories in the second bidding round of December
18 Dec 2019|3,971 views
In the second round of bidding for December, Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices fell across all categories.

Premiums for Cat B, for larger cars with more than 130bhp or engine displacements larger than 1,600cc, fell by $1,900 (5.0%) and ended at $36,000.
In Cat E, the open category, premiums fell by $900 (2.3%), and closed at $37,989.
The drop in COE premiums across all categories reflect the ongoing lull in buying sentiment, and may also be due to buyers deciding to delay their purchases in anticipation of the upcoming Singapore Motor Show, which opens on 9 January 2020. This is evident from the drop in bids received across all categories.
