The second round of bidding for March saw Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums climbing across the board.
The jump in premiums this session could be due to the fact that this is the sixth bidding session since the conclusion of the 2025 Singapore Motor Show. Since most dealers here offer cars with a six-bid guaranteed COE package, this week should be the last for dealers to secure a COE for purchases secured during the show.
