The second round of bidding for June saw Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums climbing across the board.
This climb result may come just after the last bidding session - which saw premiums dropping across all categories - but it is important to note that premiums are still shy of the highs that were reached in May of this year. Cat A is still just shy of the $100,000 mark, a point that was breached in May 2025, a month which saw premiums for Cat B also reach closer to $120,000 than where they currently stand.
The hosting of various roadshows across our island in the past weeks may have buoyed this session's climb in premiums. The total number of bids received for Cat B, for example, has climbed compared to the last session.
