Concept cars revealed: Lamborghini Sesto Elemento

The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento (translated means Sixth Element) is made entirely from carbon fibre. The suspension, the wheels, the body, the driveshaft are either carbon fibre, or carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP). Even the exhaust is made from a glass ceramic composite called Pyrosic.
The result is a raging bull with AWD and a 570-hp V10 that weighs a mere 999kg's!
That translates into a 0-100km/h time of just 2.5 seconds™which is the same as a Bugatti Veyron!
Lamborghini borrowed heavily from Audi/VW's CFRP research to create the Sesto Elemento. And they utilized the Forged Composite technology to build the one-off car with a super lightweight F1 style monocoque tub.
They also used Nano-Technology to apply a fine red crystal to the carbon fibre, making appear to glow red (i.e. the portholes in the bonnet).
The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento is the best looking concept car that we've seen this year. And we sure hope they build it.
