Design sketch previews new look of the 2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

Ahead of its scheduled unveiling at the Detroit Motor Show, Mercedes-Benz has released a design sketch of the new 2016 E-Class. 

The sketch previews the design of the new E-Class, which adopts the revised styling common to the rest of the Mercedes range. In the sketch, a swooping roofline and deep creases along the side of the new car are also visible. 

This is the latest in a series of teaser releases, with Mercedes-Benz having released a video of the new E-Class testing, as well as images of the new car's interior.
