Dubai police force gets its own Lamborghini Urus Performante

The Dubai police force has now taken in its very own Lamborghini Urus Performate just less than a month after the Italian police force got hands on its own Super SUV.

The Urus Performante comes equipped with a twin-turbocharged V8 that allows it to generate a total of 657bhp alongside a peak torque of 850Nm. That means that this police car will hit 100km/h from a standstill in just 3.3 seconds, and go on to a top speed of 306km/h - which should prove handy on the supercar-laden highways of Dubai.

The special Lamborghini sports a green and white livery, and sports the local police logo on its bonnet and doors. Of course, it also gets a blue LED light bar attached to its rear spoiler (we are presuming attaching it onto the roof would have hampered aerodynamics), alongside an electric siren.

The car is also said to be customised with a host of equipment essential for police work, including an armoured gun box, a fold-down message display, and even comes with a special compartment in the boot that stores service equipment and a defibrillator.
