It all starts with a phone call. The Audi aftersales experience begins the moment a call is made to the Audi Centre to book an appointment for servicing.
Upon arrival at the Audi Centre, customers are ushered to Basement 2 where a service advisor will be on hand to greet the customer at the Direct Reception Bay.
A brief vehicle diagnosis and cost estimate will then be provided. Owners of Audi A8s as well as S, RS and R models will enjoy the privilege and exclusive attention of a dedicated service advisor on site.
As a gesture of goodwill, a taxi voucher will be provided to customers and service advisors will assist in flagging a taxi for the return trip to their intended destinations while the car is being serviced.
Vice versa, for customers who choose to wait at the Audi Centre while their cars are being serviced, they will be hosted at the Customer Service Lounge on Basement 1.
Customers can also visit the Audi shop located on the same level for a range of Audi Genuine Accessories® to dress up their cars or purchase exclusive gifts for family and friends from the Audi collection.
With ten service bays at the Audi Centre, there is enough capacity to accommodate the current demand for servicing, as well as meet anticipated future needs.
These capabilities allow for flexibility of service bookings. Customers are advised to book their service appointments one week in advance and an SMS reminder will be sent to customers a day before their appointment.
The integrated facility within the Audi Centre complements the expanded Audi Customer Service Centre at Ubi to deliver consistent high levels of service offered by a dedicated team of service specialists.
