Fuel prices once again on the rise

SPC, Esso, and Sinopec have all raised their pump prices, following Shell and Caltex's increase in petrol prices by $0.07 and $0.03 a litre respectively on 24 August 2022.
Diesel now retails at $2.87 at Sinopec and $2.89 at Shell and Caltex. A litre of 92-octane meanwile, currently retails at $2.83. This grade of fuel is offered by Caltex, SPC and Esso. However, it is not offered by Shell and Sinopec.
Even after the fuel price increases, Sinopac still offers the cheapest fuel across the board for the popular 95-octane fuel The more widely used 95-octane fuel is now at $2.87 at SPC and Sinopec, and $2.88 at all other petrol stations. The top fuel rating of 98-octane is at $3.37 at Shell and $3.35 in all other stations. These adjustments follow a rise in crude oil prices.
For 92-octane fuel, Esso and Caltex have the most competitive pricing at $2.32 per litre with the DBS Esso card and OCBC 363 card respectively.
For 95-octane, Sinopec offers $2.25 with OCBC cards, making it the lowest. Caltex and Esso offer the next lowest prices of $2.36 with OCBC 365 card and DBS Esso card respectively. For 98-octane, Sinopec once again has the most competitive rate at $2.63 a litre. The next lowest is Esso which offers $2.75 a litre with the DBS Esso card.
