Geely ramps up production of the Lynk & Co 03 TCR race car

Geely Group Motorsport has ramped up the production of the Lynk & Co 03 TCR race car ahead of the 2020 racing season following earlier delays in body shell deliveries.
The order books for 2020 opened in September 2019 and the first cars have been delivered to Cyan Racing for the FIA World Touring Car Cup programme, as well as to customers in China. Development of the Lynk & Co 03 TCR race car started mid-2018 by Geely Group Motorsport and the first cars made their racing debut in the 2019 WTCR with Cyan Racing that claimed the World Title for teams.
The race car features a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged engine with 345bhp and 420Nm of torque. It is front-wheel driven and equipped with a six-speed sequential gearbox. The total weight is 1,265kg including the weight of the driver, as per FIA regulations.
