Hedley and George Cleverley create unique Bentley Blower Jnr

Hedley Studios, known for its electric reinterpretations of iconic vintage cars, and George Cleverley, a renowned bespoke shoemaker, have joined forces to create a one-of-a-kind Bentley Blower Jnr, which will make its debut at a private event in Scotland.
At the heart of the collaboration is a material as storied as the Blower itself: Russian reindeer leather recovered from the Metta Catharina shipwreck of 1786. Known historically as "Russia leather", these hides had been tanned using centuries-old methods with willow bark and birch oil, giving them their distinctive cross-hatched grain, deep mahogany hue, and unmistakable sweet aroma.
This historic reindeer hide is used sparingly on the Bentley Blower Jnr's hand-stitched steering wheel and seatbelt covers. Due to the incredibly limited supply of this 18th-century leather, this Blower Jnr will remain a one-of-one creation.
The dashboard is finished in Koa, a rare Hawaiian hardwood prized for its strength and striking grain pattern. A bespoke nameplate reading "GC 1 of 1" underlines the car's singular status, while its exterior is presented in Claret paintwork with a Mulberry Everflex finish. The car also features the number 86 on its front grille, a nod to the year of the Metta Catharina's sinking.
But not everything about this car is a nod to a time in history; a 15kW electric motor sits at the heart of this car, and it is powered by a 10.8kWh battery providing a range of about 105km. It can be recharged in three to five hours depending on the charging setup. And more importantly, this model is fully road legal.
