Historic Formula One cars to race under the lights for the first time

For the first time in the events' history, the Marina Bay Street Circuit will welcome the Masters Historic Formula One cars as they race under the lights.

The FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship and Masters HGP will combine to showcase a grid of Formula One cars from 1966 - 1985. An invited selection of 20 cars will form the grid for the ultimate historic Formula One showdown. Comprising historic 3.0-litre engine F1 cars from the era of 70s and 80s, in period livery, Masters Historic Racing promises a thrilling glimpse of historic F1, delivering a superb spectacle of sight and sound.

The support race is in addition to the track action by Porsche's Carrera Cup Asia at the forthcoming 2014 Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix.

In addition race organiser, Singapore GP, will be announcing additional track action shortly as the F1 circus visits our island for the seventh edition of the night race in around seven weeks.
